DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered three pair of socks in December for gifts. Never received the order. Contacted customer service late January, was told order had shipped but never received. Posted a review stating my experience, company responded with an apology and promise to fill my order and get it shipped to me. In late February still no socks! Requested a refund, but have had NO response. At this point, I don’t think I will ever get my money back or the socks. Don’t waste your time or money! Very poor business practice and customer service!
I was so happy when I receive my order with the puppies picture on these well-made socks. In fact I was so impressed that I made two more orders after that. I got family members socks with their dogs and cats on them. Everyone loves them as much as me. And the best thing … they are made in America!
I got them for my dad and he loves them. There’s a weird seam with a part of his face but it doesn’t bother us at all

Your customer service is horrible. First you send socks completely done wrong. Then you lie and say my order has been replaced and guaranteed to be sent to me before Christmas. Then I get an email that you couldn't fix my order. I will NEVER recommend this company. Disgusted.
